About Us

Welcome to the Vanalden Avenue Elementary School website. We are a California Distinguished School and the recipient of the Title I Academic Achievement Award. Vanalden offers Reading Academy, a UTK-5th instructional technology program for all students, 3rd-5th grade after school competitive robotics teams, and more!

Our Mission

The Vanalden Avenue School Community will provide a safe and supportive environment where students will acquire academic and social skills in order to function successfully in an ever-changing society.
