About Mrs. Lukic

A little bit about me...

 

           I was born in Chicago, Illinois to parents who immigrated from the former Yugoslavia.  My  family moved to California when I was 10 years old.  I attended school in the Los Angeles Unified School District from 5th to 12th grade. I received my bachelors in Liberal Studies, as well as my teaching credential from the California State University of Northridge. I have wanted to be a teacher for as long as I can remember and began teaching in 2003.  I joined the Vanalden Staff and began teaching preschool in 2013.

          I have been married for nineteen years.  I have two wonderful children, ages 15 and 12. When I am not working I enjoy reading, scrap-booking and spending time with my family. I also enjoying going to the theater, Disneyland and traveling.
